Good day and greetings. It has come to our attention that you have violated some rules that we, as officers and moderators of the board have implemented from the time of this forum's inception. We have been contacted by members of other forums, for which we began to investigate the nature of your dual identity (L.A. Cars Accessories and DrFort) Moreover, what makes this more grave is that we have also discovered that you have used this for personal gain through fraudulent and malicious intent to deceive fellow forumers with regards to your store and your dealings with fictitious members (e.g. giving positive feedback for your own services, and using your sock puppet, DrFort, to argue with other forumers).

3 - No forum member is allowed 2 or more registered accounts. In case the member loses his/her password he/she must contact the forum administration, through the chatterbox, to correct the problem. Any member caught persistently using 2 or more registered accounts will be interpreted as an intent to deceive other forum members and will result in immediate banning from the forum.

As such, we are presenting evidence that you and DrFort are one in the same through the following entries:

1) That L.A. Car Accessories and DrFort have the same IP Address as registered with our Internet Protocol tracker.

2) That the exchange between you and DrFort with regards to the products and services of LA cars are indeed done with malicious intent and deception for monetary gain. As such, we are presenting the following evidence:

Please note that we also know of a previous incident in Tsikot.com with you and a certain DPLMAT, whose IP address is also the same as yours.

This double posting has been done in the premise that you/someone in your shop could deceive fellow forumers from availing your services because of fictitious good feedback.

Nevertheless, we are giving you 72 hours to explain through this thread such deception as perceived by the moderators and officers. We know we have been very strict with regards to the selling thread, but this is done to protect the forumers from possible scam artists. We do not appreciate people using this forum with intent to deceive for financial/monetary gain. Its obvious that email / ip address is ours, we actually created an account for another customer also long back but got deleted. I did setup the account for this particular customer using my yahoo temporarily, Im not stupid to give my name as an email if I really wanted to cause a bluff or scam... this account was created long time ago cuz he was having problems registering so did few of our other customers which I can provide names and numbers after speaking to them. ( just want their permission )

Just recently I assisted another fortuner owner in registering etc. so lets not go haywire until my next post which will include all the facts etc. with names and numbers so both sides are presented. Weve promted the club to new fort owners, and we got customers from the club too, both ways worked. There are some that are very happy and some that are dissappointed, but vengeance shouldnt be applicable here as what I gather from you, moderator. I am the underdog here due to your ability to post whatever, whenever, block unblock etc. even to the extent of not hearing both sides before speculating already.

Just a minor example for kac:
someone starts commenting on the service provided negatively, I asked the moderator to assist, was kind enough to provide me details and procedures, did as followed: next thing we know, the user claimed his account was hacked:

Im not pointing a finger, it was just finding out the real truth behind that before speculating. I did call the person who made the comment and then found out, he wasnt even our client. So before going public, this could have atleast been taken through p.m. and gone from there. There is only one reason that I gather from all of this: to put us down at all means, either cuz of vengeance or just mere affliction. Thats my opinion and will provide more details very soon.

i believe that matter about KAC is different from what we are dealing now. this topic is not about hacking into someone's account. it's about two different names registered with the same ip address, the other name using your email address.

Dear Amrit Mirpuri,

First of all, this was done with due consideration to what you have done for the forum, as the moderators and administrators have painstakingly deliberated on this issue.
It was never our intention to put you down. Didn’t I warn you before of a post from a forumer who was singing praises for your business dealings, and yet he backstabs you on how you deal with people when he talks to friends and acquaintances. “Beware the Greeks, when they give gifts.� If we wanted to block you, we could have just blocked your IP address and your user name, yet we gave you the chance to speak in your defense. There is no vengeance here. If you remember, I was also a satisfied customer, going to your shop before. I could have brought the item from a different place at as much lower price, but since I already gave you my word then, that I will get from you, then I felt it was my obligation as my word is as good as being done.

However, the FACT remains that 100% of IP addresses registered by all post by DrFort (33 posts) are also IP Addresses registered with L.A. Cars. I have posted all the IP addresses of his (DrFort) and a partial list of yours (L.A. Cars) The forumers are welcome to cross reference this. Upon reviewing all the posts of DrFort, we find it strange that all his posts would only pertain to your selling threads, and not with any other discussion in the forum. I believe this to be circumstantial but seeing all the IP addresses on all his (DrFort) posts also being registered to yours (L.A.Cars) is too strange for any random event.

All of DrForts posts are made with the following IP Addresses:

We invite all the forumers to cross examine the evidence presented herewith using this:

The FACT remains that the response of DrFort or L.A. cars to questions pertaining to each other are always answered with the same IP address, with a few hours separation, probably to lessen suspicion.. If DrFort was indeed a different user, then why post a reply on the same IP address. There is no speculation that DrFort and L.A.Cars are using the same longitude and latitude based on the IP addresses, nor we have no doubt that the posts similar for DrFort and L.A Cars are made on the same vicinity (your shop).

Given this body of evidence (RES IPSA LOQUITUR), that we have proven beyond reasonable doubt that DrFort and L.A. Cars is a single entity, the real question is why did you try to deceive our forumers with such fabrication as good reviews for services. You may have had good reviews from real people but your actions here placed it in such a bad taste that the evidence shows you tried to cheat other would be customers with fabricated reviews.

It is another FACT that it is quite impossible to believe that you will lend your email address to somebody. Even my 12 year old daughter doesn’t let me see her emails or much so, use her email address for anything. It will only take 5 minutes to make a new FREE email address at Yahoo or Gmail. Anyone can and would collaborate on this.

The moderator staff and officers don’t like doing this, as we have our own profession (doctors, engineers, businessmen). We do this on our spare time, and we chanced upon the evidence which was in the words of another forumer “overwhelming�. We don’t like looking at the individual IP Addresses just to prove a point, but in so doing, we noticed the pattern of posting of DrFort and L.A. Cars. I would (and so does my clinic partner, and forum administrator, iMD) rather do surgery and see patients than compose threads, but as owners of this forum, and co-founders of the club, we feel it is our responsibility to our members be it paying members or just plain forumers, to protect them from being defrauded by misleading claims.

However, I cannot help but note the following findings of fact:
